This is a unique adventure for the whole family with no age limit. Glide through the snow-covered meadows of the Wasatch and Uinta Mountain Ranges in a dogsled pulled by a team of Huskies. Learn the ropes and give mushing a shot on a customized family or group friendly outing! Children will enjoy meeting all the friendly dogs including the future sled pups. Not only do these dogs love what they do, some got a second chance at life having come from rescue shelters.
"My family and I spent this past week out in Park City on a wonderful vacation that we enjoyed very much. A big part of that was our outstanding sled ride with Racer and his team of dogs! Our 3 year old daughter Molly still talks about it and how much fun she had - obviously left quite an impression on the little one. Racer was incredibly knowledgeable and most importantly felt like an old friend was just taking us out to enjoy his favorite hobby for the morning. It was such an amazing sight to see those beautiful animals run - we just wanted to pass along our most heartfelt thanks and appreciation for this indescribable experience!"

Meet Our Mushers, Racer and Maren Gibson
Maren and Racer Gibson have been rescuing sled dogs from local animal shelters for over 12 years and are the founders of Arctic Breed Rescue (arcticrescue.com), a Utah based animal rescue organization. The Gibson's started mushing as a way to exercise their dogs, and to increase the adoptability of the dogs they rescue from the shelter. Many of the dog's on their team have been adopted from local animal shelters. All of their dogs are still treated as pets first and foremost. You can see their dogs not only in action, but lounging on the lawn in the summer at teamgsleddogs.com
